The objective of the seminar is to provide the participants with an understanding of the financial feasibility analysis which is a study to determine whether it is viable & practical to develop a new project.  Therefore, most organizations must decide how to most efficiently spend their capital to continue operations, innovate and grow. Investment appraisal methods & capital budgeting is a systematic planning process used to determine how capital – a limited resource – is best allocated to projects (eg new machinery, replacement machinery, new plants, new products & research development projects) that maximize the value of the organization & benefits.

 

The hands on workshop, through a case study, will provide the participants with the techniques for preparing a financial model in excel to forecast a business’ financial performance into the future
